I love the challenge, and I love being able to make something that is just perfect for you. A 50% deposit is usually required. Please allow for individuality of the materials; each bead and stone is unique.

Jewelry Care

Handmade jewelry can be delicate, so a little extra care will go a long way to insuring you will be able to enjoy your jewelry for years to come.

Store your jewelry either laying down flat or hanging straight to prevent kinks. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may fade some stones over time. Sterling silver can tarnish with age, so it's best to store your jewelry in an airtight container.

Repeated exposure to the chemicals in beauty products such as hairspray and perfume can cause your jewelry to lose its sparkle and shine - so it's best to put on your jewelry after you have applied those products.

Liquid jewelry cleaning solution is not safe for my jewelry and may damage the stringing material. To clean your jewelry I recommend that you simply run a soft cloth over the beads. For harder to reach spaces, such as the wires in between the beads on wire wrapped jewelry, just give a gentle scrub over the area with a soft toothbrush and water. Silver can be cleaned gently with a silver polishing cloth.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size are the bracelets?

Sizes are noted in the item description. Most bracelets average 7 1/2 inches long. If you know the size you need, let me know and I can adjust the size. This may mean taking beads out or adding beads.

The bracelet I ordered is too long/short. What do I do?

If you discover the bracelet you ordered (or received as a gift) is too long or short, let me know. I will be happy to adjust the size to fit you within 10 days of purchase.

What if my bracelet breaks?

I guarantee all my work. In the event that a piece needs repair, I will be happy to make that repair free of charge within 60 days of purchase - only shipping charges will apply. For merchandise over 60 days old, a repair charge will be assessed, plus shipping. Repair charge will depend on the type of repairs needed. Because each piece is unique, sometimes beads may not be available for repair, in which case I will make every attempt to find something similar.

The bracelet I like was sold. Can I get another one?

In most cases, each piece is unique and cannot be remade. If you see something you like but it's not available, let me know and I may be able to make you something similar.

What does FantM mean?

Well, my last name is Fant, so it's a play on words: FantM / Phantom. Other than that, it doesn't mean anything!
